In 2018, Wing Snob opened its doors in Mission, TX, serving the Rio Grande Valley with bold, unapologetic flavors. The Backyard Beginnings
Marcus Rivera starts perfecting his wing recipes at home, hosting weekend cookouts for friends and family in Mission, TX. Word spreads quickly — these wings are unlike anything the Rio Grande Valley has tasted.
2018
Wing Snob Opens Its Doors
The first Wing Snob location opens at 801 N Shary Rd in Mission, TX. On opening day, the line stretched around the block. We knew we had something special — and the community confirmed it.
2020
Best Wings in the Valley
Wing Snob earns recognition as one of the top wing restaurants in the Rio Grande Valley. We expand our menu to 25+ flavors and launch our catering program to bring bold wings to events across Texas.
2022
Online Ordering & Delivery Launch
